By installing or using MailDefender ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
MailDefender helps you identify mailing lists in your Gmail account, send unsubscribe requests, and move email from selected senders, or from your Spam folder, to Trash. It acts on your Google account only with the permissions you grant and only when you click an action.
An unsubscribe request is sent to the sender. We cannot confirm that a sender will process it, or how quickly. Some senders may keep emailing you, and in that case you can report them as spam or block them in Gmail.
The extension relies on Google services and on senders' unsubscribe links. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or content. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms. MailDefender is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Gmail may change in ways that affect the extension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAIL DEFENDER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or email, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the extension, which, if it is free, is zero.
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it and revoking access in your Google account permissions. We may suspend or discontinue the extension at any time.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
